About The Position

The Senior IT GRC & Vendor Contract Manager will manage IT compliance, third-party risk, audit governance, and vendor contract compliance. The role requires experience with ITGC, SOC 1/SOC 2 audits, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks. It is based in Trenton, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.

Requirements

• Experience with IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and ITGC.
• Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience reviewing SOC 1/SOC 2 reports and handling audit remediation.
• Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and/or NIST SP 800-53.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and IT security policies.
• Experience with vendor contract compliance, SLAs, and audit clauses.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with IT compliance, third-party risk, audit governance, vendor contract compliance, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting CIO-level reporting.
• Experience managing vendor risk in an enterprise environment.
