This position is fully remote and based in Sri Lanka. We are expanding our global engineering team and are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our Service Delivery Team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or similar role (preferably in MSP or enterprise environments)
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid environments
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, support, or engineering roles

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be consistently reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
  • Deliver expert support across systems, servers, networks, and cloud environments
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation, KB articles, and SOPs
  • Analyze issues deeply to identify root causes—not just symptoms
  • Collaborate with clients and guide them through technical resolutions
  • Mentor and support junior engineers through knowledge sharing
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term fixes and improvements
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours escalation rotations as needed
