About The Position

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in co-leading the design and development of data services that support our enterprise analytics platform. You will collaborate across the entire data lifecycle—identifying and defining data requirements, assisting in data model design, and delivering high-value data products to drive enterprise analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in data analysis or data engineering, or a master’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in capturing business requirements and translating them into effective data solutions.
• Ability to define use cases and distill complex concepts.
• Ability to create user stories and assess the impact of changes to datasets and data models.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Advanced SQL.
• Strong data analysis and profiling skills.
• Experience working with integrated enterprise data in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Jira or Jira Align.
• Experience with Snowflake, Copilot, PowerBI, Alation, Collibra, Power Designer and Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Working with integrated enterprise data in cross-functional teams, skillfully evaluating alternative solutions and recommending optimal approaches.
• Applying best practices in data management and data governance when designing and building data solutions.
• Building relationships and effectively conveying ideas through communication and presentation skills.
