We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Revenue & Customer Support Solutions team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of user stories — from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to supporting production deployment. You’ll work cross-functionally with users, solution architects, and development teams to drive impactful solutions that support business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with demonstrated experience supporting Medical Affairs, Clinical, or Life Sciences domains.
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs processes such as medical information management, scientific exchange, investigator-initiated studies, congress management, and compliance.
  • Strong business acumen with customer first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with remote and global team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current-state processes and identify areas for digital enablement and improvement.
  • Elicit, document, and validate detailed unctional, non funcitonal and technical documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, user stories, acceptence critiera, workflows, and data models.
  • Partner with developers, administrators, architects and cross functional IT teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance system usability, and optimize business process through technology
  • Ensure system documentation, system process mapping, and change management practices are maintained.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing with identified users and obtain sign off for implementation.
  • Provide training, demo, guidance, and support to business users on system capabilities, features and enhancements.
  • Provide post implementation support and ensure prompt resolution of reported issues.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams across multiple different time zones.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of stories, including planning, execution, testing, deployment and post deployment support.
  • Facilitate project meetings, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies and communication plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain CRM and other system integrity, data quality, and performance through adherence to best practices and governance frameworks.

  • A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position: $138,000.00 - $206,000.00 USD Annual.
