Senior IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions, enabling effective decision-making and delivery of high-impact initiatives. This role contributes to optimizing business processes, improving system efficiency, and supporting successful project delivery across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend technology solutions aligned with business needs
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, translating requirements into technical solutions
- Support implementation activities including solution design, testing, and user acceptance
- Prioritize initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and project goals
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
- Contribute to successful project delivery by ensuring solutions meet business expectations and technical standards
- Define and monitor SLAs related to intake and customer satisfaction
