Senior ISC Project Management Manager
About The Position
As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be accountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization. You will report directly to our Engines and Power System NPI Director and you'll work out of the Engines Aerospace facility, the first 3 months on site and on a Hybrid work schedule after that. In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through developing sourcing strategies, creating strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
