About The Position

As an iOS Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing our core iOS application bringing AI technology to health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of iOS development, with a specialization in creating robust, user-friendly mobile applications for the healthcare sector. Additionally, this candidate will be an expert in Swift, and understand the intricacies of the iOS ecosystem, including REST APIs, and have experience in building applications that scale to millions of users.

Requirements

• 90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
• 6+ years of industry experience as an iOS Engineer supporting enterprise B2B web applications
• Extensive knowledge of Swift
• In-depth knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and other platform best practices
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks and technologies, including UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation, and SwiftUI
• Proven experience in optimizing applications for performance and efficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with integrating a wide range of health-related devices and wearables.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and resilient architectures.
• Familiarity with multi-tenancy considerations and solutions
• Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for iOS applications.
• Exceptional creativity, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with secure data such as HIPAA or other sensitive information.

• Collaborate on the design and development of a modern and user-friendly healthcare mobile application.
• Utilize Swift to develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.
• Implement responsive user interfaces, engaging and adhere to Apple’s design principles.
• Integrate third-party libraries and services to enhance application functionality.
• Ensure the security and privacy of healthcare data through effective implementation of best practices.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and address software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and updates.
