About The Position

We are seeking a senior, commercially oriented investment specialist to help Janus Henderson scale differentiated solutions at the intersection of alternatives, income, ETFs, and portfolio innovation. This role is designed for a top-decile candidate who can operate across private markets, public market implementation, and advisor-facing portfolio construction — translating complex investment capabilities into practical, high-conviction client conversations. They will help position Janus Henderson as a forward-looking partner for advisors and institutions seeking differentiated sources of income, diversification, risk management, and scalable implementation across traditional and alternative allocations. This is not a narrow product specialist role. It is a strategic growth role for someone who can connect investment insight, commercial judgment, client education, and innovation — helping shape how we bring alternatives, income, and ETF-based solutions to market.
