About The Position

ADP is hiring a Senior Investment Data Analyst. This role serves as a critical bridge between technology, investment compliance, and financial accounting. The analyst will support and enhance investment administration platforms, drive data integrity and governance, and ensure operational excellence across systems like Geneva and Bloomberg AIM. The role involves working across various business areas including data analysis, system configuration, and compliance monitoring. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, support for audits, and continuous process improvement are key aspects, along with delivering reporting and insights to senior leadership. The analyst will work closely with portfolio managers, accounting teams, and technology partners to support investment activities, improve data quality, streamline processes, and maintain critical investment applications including Bloomberg and Geneva. To thrive, strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of investment accounting, and the ability to manage complex data environments are necessary to face challenges around data quality, compliance requirements, and evolving systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in asset management, investment administration, or financial services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income securities including government, corporate, agency, mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and money market investments.
  • Experience supporting portfolio analytics, investment reporting, performance measurement, and investment operations.
  • Working knowledge of investment accounting principles and investment compliance monitoring.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to clearly present findings and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency, investigate discrepancies, implement data governance frameworks, and manage corporate actions and security master data.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to enhance reporting, data integration, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain systems such as Geneva and Bloomberg, participate in upgrades, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support the Bloomberg AIM Compliance Module, maintain investment guidelines, review daily compliance reports, and process trade overrides when needed.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, build reports, and create Excel-based tools and dashboards to support operational and reporting needs.
  • Work with vendors, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve processes.
  • Support internal and external audits, assist leadership on special projects, and help train team members for backup coverage.
