Northmarq’s Debt & Equity team in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Analyst to support a high-volume production origination team executing commercial real estate financings across the capital stack, with a strong emphasis on multifamily and agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) executions, alongside life company, bank, debt fund, and equity capital. This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant CRE finance, underwriting, or investment experience is required
- Strong experience underwriting multifamily or other income-producing assets
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills is required
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and an interest in using AI and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac executions highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Underwrite income-producing commercial real estate assets
- Analyze cash flow, valuation, leverage, and returns
- Prepare lender/investor packages and transaction materials
- Coordinate quote tracking, due diligence, and closing execution
- Support financing processes across agency, bank, life company, debt fund, and equity sources
