The Senior Investment Analyst will manage projects related to investment selection and monitoring in support of clients. This role involves performing investment research, compiling, reviewing, and analyzing information to aid in decision-making. The analyst will gather data and analyze different investment managers' investment styles and portfolio characteristics, assessing their impact on investment performance. A key part of the role includes closely examining and monitoring developments in investment management firms, performing due diligence and commentaries on investment managers, and conducting investment assessments for the entry and removal of preferred fund lists. The position also requires covering asset classes for the preferred fund list, performing quarterly investment economic analysis, and regularly reviewing economic and market trends. Additionally, the analyst will assist with and complete strategic projects quarterly, primarily related to investment analysis, and produce reports using investment software programs like Morningstar Direct and Envestnet. Special investment research may be required due to marketplace developments or CBIZ research initiatives. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
