About The Position

We're an e-commerce business operating multiple Amazon brands in the US market - across toys, home goods, and seasonal products. With 40 team members, we manage the entire product lifecycle - from production and inventory to sales and marketing - across multiple marketplaces in 10 countries. We're passionate about keeping things fresh - constantly changing designs, patterns, and products. Our office is a creative and laid-back space (right by a lake!), and we believe in balancing hard work with some fun, like post-lunch cold plunges. Christian and family values are everyday drivers for us. You are part of something bigger. We're looking for a Senior Inventory & Inbound Planning Manager. This is for someone who has done multi-warehouse planning at scale at reputable companies and now wants to build the planning function from the ground up. You will own inventory planning, inbound planning, and shipment booking for our entire US fulfillment network - making sure the right stock is in the right warehouse at the right time across five to six 3PL locations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in inventory, demand, or supply planning for physical consumer products - ideally in e-commerce or omnichannel retail
  • A proven track record at reputable, high-volume companies; you have planned multi-warehouse networks before, ideally in the US
  • Hands-on experience with inbound logistics and shipment booking (ocean/road, 3PL coordination)
  • Strong analytical skills - you live in the numbers (forecasts, coverage, lead times) and build your own models where tools fall short
  • Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice To Haves

  • German language skills
  • Multi-warehouse network planning experience specifically in the US

Responsibilities

  • Plan stock levels per SKU and per warehouse across our 5-6 US locations - balancing availability, delivery speed, and capital efficiency
  • Translate inventory plans into concrete inbound schedules per warehouse, aligned with production, ocean freight lead times, and sales forecasts
  • Book and coordinate the corresponding shipments end to end, keeping our 3PLs supplied without overstocking
  • Establish the processes, tooling, and reporting for US inventory and inbound planning - and extend them as we add marketplaces beyond Amazon
  • Work daily with our Fulfillment Manager and our Director of Supply Chain; you plan it, together we execute it

Benefits

  • $3,500-$4,000 per month
  • Full-time
  • Fully remote (Eastern Europe preferred)
  • Steep learning curve
  • Best team ever - highly international and extremely helpful and friendly
  • Christian and family values are everyday drivers for us. You are part of something bigger
  • AI-first enthusiast culture
