Your job will be to uncover what happened, work alongside production and warehouse teams to prevent it from happening again, and help us continuously improve. You'll spend time on the manufacturing floor, in our warehouse, and in our ERP system investigating inventory issues, performing cycle counts, and partnering with leaders to improve inventory accuracy. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliations using ERP/WMS software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Process inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, and corrections.
  • Research inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
  • Analyze recurring inventory issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document findings and communicate results with leadership.
  • Help train employees on proper inventory procedures and transaction accuracy.
  • Support updates to standard work and inventory procedures.
