About The Position

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced associate to serve as an Interview Logistics Coordinator within the Talent Acquisition organization at Capital One. As a Senior Coordinator, you have the opportunity to work with candidates during their most critical stage of the hiring journey. You will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our on-site recruiting suites, ensuring that every candidate experiences a seamless, professional and welcoming environment. This role requires a combination of logistics, hospitality, and administrative precision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite experience
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Workday Tracking System
  • At least 6 months of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition Experience or a combination of both

Responsibilities

  • Greet candidates and interviewers upon arrival and serve as their dedicated host throughout their visit
  • Actively represent our culture and values, “selling” the organization as a top-tier employer to prospective hires
  • Ensure recruiting suites and interview rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies and tech-ready
  • Partner with our preferred travel vendor to oversee candidate flights, lodging and local transportation
  • Monitor the shared candidate travel mailbox, providing quick and helpful responses to travel inquiries
  • Manage the end-to-end financial process for candidate travel, including purchase orders, invoices and reimbursements
  • Work with complex calendars and availability constraints to organize seamless schedules across different teams. Help with scheduling as needed.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the recruiting team to ensure flawless execution of the interview process.
  • Resolve real-time issues, such as interviewer tardiness or technical failures, to keep the schedule on track.
  • Maintain confidential interview files and prepare materials for consensus meetings
