Sr International Sales Support Specialist The Senior International Sales Support Specialist role is part of the International Sales Operations team supporting international sales for the Vocational segment. As a Senior International Sales Support Specialist, you will interact daily with the sales team and other key partners to effectively execute quote and order operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) or more years of business experience.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or early career roles in sales, operations, or project coordination)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate international customer/dealer quotations and bids.
  • Effectively manage contracts from receipt of order to revenue recognition.
  • Identify risks with opportunities and orders and make recommendations to mitigate or eliminate those identified.
  • Coordinate cross functional discussions with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and others to facilitate a timely and compliant bid and contract execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding international quotes and orders.
  • Provide information concerning customer requirements, pricing, scheduling, shipping, forecasting and other items as needed.
  • Coordinate and host international customer/dealer visits, factory tours, and product inspections.
  • Generate and assess reporting data to summarize findings and share monthly, quarterly, or as needed by dealers, leadership, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
