We’re looking for an International Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is focused on providing subject matter expertise on international operations to help Account Executives (AEs) close deals with prospects who have or are planning to hire internationally. The right candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales success through excellent support and partnership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, sales enablement, or subject matter expert role
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes
  • You are an overachiever and proactive
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to listen with a purpose to gather important information during a sales call and/or meeting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with international HR, payroll, benefits, or global expansion topics is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of EOR business structures, country compliance nuances, and multi-country currency payment processing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on international capabilities and use cases, helping AEs navigate the nuances of global expansion opportunities.
  • Lead international-specific discovery, demo, and presentation efforts as part of the sales cycle.
  • Stay as involved in deals as needed, flexing up or down depending on AE and prospect needs.
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with assigned AE teams and participate regularly in team meetings to stay connected and identify opportunities to support.
  • Create and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs by collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Proactively enable and educate the Justworks sales organization
  • Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions; you will have an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of our suite of international products
  • Be the voice of our future customers - suggest innovative ideas to generate sales, cultivate customer pipeline leads; improve overall customer experience and advocate internally for product development
  • Perform other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs
