As a Senior Specialist, International Logistics at RXO, you will be responsible for handling all interactions for internal and external customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with each transaction. Requirements

  • 2 year of related work experience
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, supporting diverse operational and administrative tasks, with experience performing a wide range of functions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of office experience dealing with corporate customers, or inbound/outbound call center experience
  • Working knowledge of the transportation industry
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and remain highly organized

Responsibilities

  • Assist internal and external customers with inquiries relative to international shipping, shipment tracing, billing and invoicing questions, and requests for information.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure clearance of shipments to prevent unnecessary delays.
  • Recognize and resolve documentation errors, while logging and tracking shipment details.
  • Posting in-transit reports for customer visual, tracking request, and managing yard check reports.
  • Utilizing many different programs, shared drives, and shared reports for customer tracking and reporting visuals.
  • Tracking shipments and trips to ensure on-time service to our customers.
  • Maintain accurate shipment history and audit integrity.
  • Maintain customer financial reports while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Must be comfortable in data analytics and driving process improvements.
  • Working with cross functional teams to resolve issues and provide insight on process improvements/areas of concern.
