About The Position

The Senior Internal Communications Specialist (Enterprise AI Strategy) leads strategic internal communications for one of the organization’s most visible enterprise priorities. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative communicator with strong executive presence and sound judgement, who can translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for employees at all levels. In this role, you will develop and deliver integrated internal communications strategies that help leaders and employees understand the purpose, progress, and impact of the Enterprise AI Strategy. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape messaging, build alignment, and ensure communications are tailored appropriately for executive, leader, and enterprise-wide audiences, ensuring materials reflect both strategic intent and organizational voice. The ideal candidate is proactive and consultative, anticipating communications needs and advising on effective approaches and channels. You bring the ability to simplify technical or emerging concepts, maintain consistency and quality across platforms while balancing speed, accuracy, and quality, and operate with a high degree of independence as a trusted communications partner supporting enterprise change.
