About The Position

The newly established Threat Management Unit (TMU), as part of a larger NFCU Global Security team, is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst. This role is crucial for building and leading an intelligence-driven capability focused on proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats across cyber, physical, and human domains. The position is key to modernizing and innovating the TMU intelligence function through complex OSINT-driven analysis, supporting insider threat investigations, identifying counterintelligence opportunities, and mitigating sophisticated threats targeting Navy Federal. The analyst will work collaboratively across the organization to enhance threat detection, risk identification, and response capabilities. This involves fusing behavioral, technical, and investigative intelligence into a unified threat picture and delivering clear, actionable insights. The role provides direct analytical support to key Global Security teams, including Investigations, Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Executive Protection, and Physical Security Operations.
