ANSER has an immediate opening for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support senior national-level intelligence customers within the National Strategic Intelligence mission. In this role, you will produce and coordinate high-quality intelligence products, support policy-driven analytic requirements, and provide subject matter expertise that informs national security decision-making. You will collaborate across the Intelligence Community and with interagency and international partners to deliver timely, actionable intelligence in support of U.S. Government priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 15 years of intelligence analysis experience, including significant experience supporting a national-level intelligence agency.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Polygraph.
  • Demonstrated experience producing finished all-source intelligence products for senior government decision-makers.
  • Experience supporting intelligence production, analytic planning, and dissemination processes.
  • Experience reviewing intelligence products for quality assurance and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with Intelligence Community organizations and interagency partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to research, develop, and produce complex intelligence studies, briefings, and assessments under short deadlines.
  • Experience applying structured analytic techniques and other intelligence tradecraft methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate strategic issues.

Responsibilities

  • Produce bi-weekly intelligence summaries through the review, selection, drafting, coordination, and dissemination of all-source intelligence reporting.
  • Manage the foreign disclosure process to produce releasable versions of intelligence products for authorized partners.
  • Respond to ad hoc policy taskings by researching, developing, and producing finished intelligence products and releasable reporting.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques and other intelligence tradecraft to support objective, high-quality analysis.
  • Review intelligence products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable laws, policies, and analytic standards.
  • Support senior national-level intelligence customers throughout the intelligence planning, coordination, and production process.
  • Provide analytic support for conferences, meetings, interagency engagements, and discussions with foreign liaison partners.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of intelligence products that support strategic decision-making.
