About The Position

The Senior Integrator is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading Ravyx's most complex and high-impact integration initiatives while strengthening the overall capability, efficiency, and scalability of the Integration function. In addition to owning sophisticated customer implementations, the Senior Integrator provides technical leadership and mentorship to Integrators, identifies and drives departmental process improvements, establishes and promotes integration best practices, and serves as a senior technical resource across the organization. The Senior Integrator works with Integration Management to increase team capacity, improve implementation quality and consistency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and develop the technical capabilities of the broader Integration team. This position does not require direct people-management responsibility but is expected to demonstrate significant technical and functional leadership across the department.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems integration, POS, implementation, retail technology, or comparable technical environments.
  • Extensive experience leading complex customer implementations and integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS/retail environments, hardware, networking, Windows environments, databases, APIs, SQL, scripting/query tools, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex business and technical requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or developing technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience improving technical or operational processes.
  • Strong customer-facing consultation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence technical and operational outcomes without formal direct-report authority.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to balance technical solutions with customer and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of the organization's largest, most complex, and highest-impact customer integrations.
  • Analyze complex customer and business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, testing, validation, deployment, and stabilization for assigned strategic implementations.
  • Anticipate technical and operational risks and develop appropriate solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead complex system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and customer technology initiatives.
  • Partner with Development, Product, Project Management, Support, Sales, and other teams on complex customer solutions.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex integration and implementation challenges.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across interconnected systems.
  • Provide technical directions and recommendations when standard solutions or procedures are insufficient.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Integration Management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Help establish technical standards and best practices for the Integration function.
  • Provide ongoing technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Integrator I and II employees.
  • Assist Integrators with complex problem-solving, solution design, and customer situations.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training within the department.
  • Identify common technical knowledge gaps and partner with management to improve team capability.
  • Support onboarding and technical development of new Integrators.
  • Promote consistency in how integrations are configured, documented, tested, and delivered.
  • Serve as a resource for Integrators without assuming formal people-management responsibilities.
  • Proactively evaluate Integration workflows, processes, tools, and procedures for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Lead process-improvement initiatives within the Integration department.
  • Identify repetitive or inefficient activities and recommend opportunities for automation or standardization.
  • Develop and maintain implementation standards, technical documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze recurring implementation issues and develop sustainable solutions rather than relying solely on case-by-case resolutions.
  • Partner with Integration Management to improve workload capacity and overall departmental effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of new tools, technologies, processes, and operating practices across the team.
  • Help measure whether process changes are producing the intended operational improvements.
  • Provide senior technical consultation for strategic and high-value customer initiatives.
  • Support technical discovery and solution planning for complex opportunities.
  • Help remove technical and operational barriers that could delay customer implementations.
  • Enable increased departmental throughput by assuming responsibility for complex work that would otherwise require significant management or team capacity.
  • Provide technical input to Sales, Product, Operations, and leadership when evaluating customer requirements and business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality technical documentation and integration standards.
  • Develop reusable implementation guides, troubleshooting resources, and technical training materials.
  • Ensure critical technical and product knowledge is transferred throughout the Integration team rather than concentrated with individual employees.
  • Promote consistent application of established integration standards and procedures.
