About The Position

Jade Global is seeking a talented Senior Integration Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions. This role involves defining integration strategies, standards, and best practices, as well as providing technical leadership for complex integration initiatives. The architect will also contribute to practice development, drive innovation, and mentor integration developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise application integration, specifically with Boomi and/or Workato, and a strong understanding of various integration patterns and technologies.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration.
5+ years of architecture experience on Boomi and/or Workato.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, and cloud-native integrations.
Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, and similar platforms.
Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, SFTP, EDI, and messaging technologies.
Strong knowledge of integration governance, security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
Proven experience leading customer-facing architecture engagements.

Nice To Haves

Boomi Professional Architect and/or Workato certifications.
Experience with AI-driven automation, Agentic AI, and workflow automation solutions.
Experience with healthcare, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, or high-tech industries.
Exposure to MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or other iPaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions using Boomi, Workato, and related integration technologies.
Define integration strategies, architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across cloud and on-premise applications.
Provide technical leadership for complex integration, API, B2B/EDI, data synchronization, and automation initiatives.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments.
Mentor integration developers and technical leads.
Contribute to integration accelerators, reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices.
Drive innovation initiatives involving AI, automation, APIs, and modern integration architectures.
Support capability building through mentoring, training, and certification programs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
