About The Position

The Senior Integrated Producer will work on a fast-growing entertainment account focused on social brand and campaign work. Based in a hybrid role out of Jellyfish’s New York office, the producer will collaborate with Client Management, Social Content Managers, and the Production team to manage briefing, timelines, production workflows, and delivery of digital assets. The role reports to the Senior Integrated Production Director. Jellyfish notes that the position offers opportunities for professional growth and career progression.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working at a creative agency in a production or project management role.
• Experience working with a social media-focused and/or entertainment client.
• Proficiency with project management software tools and G Suite.
• Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams, and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and offshore partners.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and add value to clients’ businesses.
• Experience refining processes by implementing solutions to streamline and automate them.

• Knowledge of Mac Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules, manage production resourcing, and distribute final video and design assets.
• Lead cross-discipline teams, manage client relationships, work with production teams, and coordinate with external partners, including other agencies and offshore partners.
• Navigate client requests while balancing external and internal requirements and maintaining project details.
• Manage budgets, monitor scope changes, track client Purchase Orders, and manage invoicing needs while maintaining project financial health.
