About The Position

Fleetway is seeking Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to support Canada’s next-generation naval fleet. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities, helping shape engineering designs and life cycle support products for complex systems and equipment. Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you’ll also develop maintenance strategies and sparing solutions, analyze data, forecast demand, and ensure the right parts are available at the right time. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality ILS data to subcontractors, management, and customers, while overseeing ILS-related quality assurance and control processes. Requirements

  • Must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
