About The Position

As a Senior Integrated Logistics Support analyst, you will play a vital role in the areas of life cycle logistics, configuration management support and logistical management. You will work collaboratively with a team to create and maintain databases, configuration management reviews, equipment maintenance and warranty service documentation. Utilizing your expertise, you will recommend, implement, and enforcing logistical policies and procedures. Additionally, you will develop and modify logistical support plans, policies, and procedures based on the complexity and scope of the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Logistics Support analyst on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Ability to assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience working in a classified or sensitive environment.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard logistical management tools.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Integrated Logistics Support programs for the DHS, TSA, DoD or FAA is a plus and will be given preference.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to stakeholders by updating calendars, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, tracking the completion of action/issue items and memorandums.
  • Provide Configuration Management support by reviewing and analyzing Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Deviation, and Requests for Waivers submitted by the system manufacturers to ensure proper practices are followed and TSA’s interests are protected.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintenance management of TSA Security Equipment for passenger and baggage screening security operations; including ensuring that all deployed radiation emitting equipment meets the Radiation Leak Survey (RLS) requirements as established by Public Law.
  • Support development and maintenance of logistics plans, procedures, and other documentation reviews airport security equipment deployment planning guidelines and design standards for sustainability considerations, and of processes and procedures to improve project management.
  • Maintain a radiation survey database to track overall compliance with the Public Law for each equipment, and to allow easy access and retrieval of completed radiation leak surveys for the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide explanations to others on complex integrated logistical issues.
  • Show expertise in identifying root causes of issues and developing effective short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams on shipping of equipment, expedites, and problem resolution.
  • Provide life cycle logistics and configuration management support.
  • Review and analyze Configuration Change Proposals and Qualification Data Package documents for stakeholder approval.
  • Examine and process Radiation Leak Surveys/Radiation Leak Tests in accordance with FOIA and agency guidelines.
  • Perform research and data collection to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Must be highly adaptable to perform a diverse set of tasks not outlined above.
