About The Position

Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions. Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation. Take and defend depositions. Attend court conferences. Argue motions.
Requirements
- At least seven years of insurance coverage experience.
- Experience analyzing coverage issues.
- Experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
- Experience conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Experience attending court conferences.
- Experience arguing motions.
