Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, with hands-on experience interpreting and analyzing ACORD policy formats, Broker Submission documents, and Statements of Values (SOVs).
  • Lead data sourcing, mapping, analysis, and remediation activities for legacy system modernization and migration initiatives, including Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Apply deep understanding of insurance data models, policy structures, and underwriting information to support accurate data transformation, reconciliation, and validation across multiple systems.
  • Conduct training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops on Generative AI tools and methodologies, enabling business and technology teams to identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, underwriters, brokers, data teams, and technology partners to ensure seamless integration of insurance data standards and formats, improving operational accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data mapping specifications, transformation rules, data lineage, and business requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
