About The Position

The Cross-Serve Leader is responsible for the comprehensive design, development, and facilitation of the Cross-Serve Enablement workshop series. This pivotal role transforms the firm-wide cross-serve strategy into practical, actionable habits that advisors at all levels can confidently apply: identifying client needs outside their business unit, trusting colleagues for referrals, and ensuring seamless client hand-off while safeguarding both client interests and existing relationships. This position addresses two persistent challenges in cross-functional financial services organizations: a lack of understanding of other business units’ capabilities and insufficient trust to confidently refer clients across units. Rooted in the program’s core philosophy—cross-serve is client-led and fiduciary-driven, not merely cross-selling—the Cross-Serve Leader develops the skills and trust necessary for collaboration across Wealth, Institutional, Investment Banking, the Independent Platform, Insurance, Tax, and Trust Services. This enables advisors to naturally partner on client cases, delivering holistic solutions. As a design-and-delivery expert, the Cross-Serve Leader authors curriculum, maintains shared program assets, creates client-case simulations, facilitates engaging workshops across all participant levels, and iterates program content based on feedback and observed performance.
