Requirements

  • Strong analytical foundation – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related field with demonstrated expertise in data analytics.
  • Advanced technical skills – Fluency in SQL (writing complex multi-table joins, optimizing queries for performance, debugging and troubleshooting independently), proficiency in Python or R (data exploration, analysis, and visualization) and experience with Adobe Analytics (using web analytics data and providing tagging specs to capture user behavior)
  • Proven track record – 6+ years of professional experience in relevant business environments such as B2B SaaS, data consultancy, or similar data-driven organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills – Ability to articulate complex analyses clearly through written reports, presentations, and compelling data storytelling across diverse audiences.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments – Comfortable navigating fast-paced settings, ambiguity, and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on delivering results.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven – Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to business outcomes.

  • Experience in the travel industry or product analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product growth and improvement through strategic insight and recommendations – Lead analytical initiatives that help product teams to deliver the best-in-class user experiences, utilizing industry-leading web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to unlock user behavior insights and transform data into strategic recommendations that accelerate product success.
  • Tell stories with data that move leaders – Master the art of data storytelling, translating complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that inspire action across all levels of the organization—from product teams to C-suite executives.
  • Architect the customer experience – Design sophisticated analyses and predictive models that identify and prioritize critical moments in the customer journey, enabling smarter product decisions and measurable improvements to how travelers interact with our platform.
  • Partner with product teams on what matters most – Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver both strategic insights and the operational reporting they need to move fast and stay focused on high-impact work.
  • Champion continuous improvement – Spot opportunities for operational optimization, take ownership of identifying and prioritizing improvements, and drive implementation that delivers real business value.
