About The Position

The Inside Sales team partners with internal teams and customers to ensure sales demands are fulfilled. The Senior Inside Sales professional generates reports, analyzes data, processes orders, monitors inventory, and provides timely support to customers and the Sales team. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, collaborate as a team player, and remain highly resourceful in getting the job done.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use functions and analyze sales, inventory, and order data.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, high-volume, fast-paced, and results-oriented corporate environment where flexibility is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Positive, team-oriented, and resourceful approach with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin Required
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in B2B inside sales, sales support, account coordination, order management, or a similar function.
  • Experience supporting customer accounts, quotations, sales orders, inventory, and delivery follow-up.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology, IT hardware, infrastructure, server, storage, or AI solution sales.
  • Hands-on experience using Oracle or a comparable ERP system.
  • Experience preparing recurring sales, backorder, inventory, or account activity reports.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, pricing, quotations, and product availability while providing timely sales support.
  • Process sales orders, order changes, credits, and new customer account setup accurately.
  • Support the Sales team by following up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate shipment schedules with Logistics, Warehouse, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Assist in monitoring customer demand, order status, and delivery schedules while communicating updates and potential issues to the Sales team.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring reports, including backorder, inventory, and sales activity reports.
  • Partner with Accounting to assist with accounts receivable follow-up and resolve billing or invoicing discrepancies.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by coordinating customer communications, promotional programs, and account activities.
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings to provide sales, order, and account status updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer programs.
  • Develop knowledge of ASUS Infrastructure Solutions, including servers, storage, and AI solutions, to effectively support customers and the Sales team.
  • Learn ASUS products, sales processes, and internal systems to effectively support customers and the Sales team.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.
