As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with our field sales representatives while they are in the homeowner’s home, taking over live sales calls, overcoming objections, and helping close the sale. Requirements

• Proven sales and closing experience.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to think quickly and respond effectively during live customer conversations.
• Confidence handling high-pressure sales situations.
• Strong ability to influence, coach, and support sales representatives.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Take over live sales calls from field representatives while they are meeting with homeowners in the home.
• Build rapport with homeowners and help representatives establish trust during the sales process.
• Identify customer objections and provide effective responses in real time.
• Help field representatives navigate difficult sales conversations and move opportunities toward a close.
• Use proven sales and closing techniques to help maximize conversion rates.
• Provide coaching and guidance to representatives during live sales opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership to continuously improve closing performance and sales results.
