Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in information security, including a senior-level role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications (CySA+, SSCP, GSEC)
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, NIST, Law 25, GDPR, etc.)
• Technical expertise in networks, systems, cloud, data, and identity
• Experience in incident response, vulnerability management, risk management, audits, and DLP
• Experience with security awareness programs (e.g., phishing campaigns, LMS)
• Strong autonomy, prioritization skills, and ability to influence stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• CISSP or CISA is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, data classification, and controls
• Act as a subject matter expert in vulnerability management (identification, risk-based prioritization, tracking, and validation)
• Support audits and compliance activities (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2), aligned with Law 25, GDPR, and other applicable requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and manage security incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis and post-incident reporting
• Implement and operate security tools and controls (SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, AI tools)
• Analyze security data to identify trends, anomalies, and risks, and provide recommendations
• Support information security risk management (identification, assessment, treatment, and acceptance)
• Support identity and access management (IAM) using Entra ID, including access reviews
• Review and optimize security configurations and standards to reduce risk
• Contribute to security awareness and training initiatives
