About The Position

Are you passionate about systems engineering and cybersecurity? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team, ensuring secure, compliant, and innovative systems in a classified environment. This role involves hands-on work with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Risk Management Framework (RMF), implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and running security assessments across various platforms. You will be responsible for building RMF documentation, including security plans, testing plans, and compliance analysis, as well as conducting vulnerability scans and compliance checks in a DevSecOps environment. The position requires collaborating with teams, customers, and stakeholders to solve complex cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent relevant experience is required, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Strong expertise in systems engineering and cybersecurity frameworks like NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53.
  • Experience with STIGs, security policies, and vulnerability assessments for different systems and devices.
  • Proficiency in developing RMF documentation and performing compliance scans.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A TS/SCI security clearance (Polygraph preferred), plus an active Security+ or CISSP certification.
