Responsibilities

Proactively offer insight on client plan performance with a focus of turning data into actionable information.
Identify global trends and concerns using book of business data, monitoring industry and market trends to positively impact the effectiveness of our sales and service organizations.
Collaborate across departments and vendors, managing third party vendor relationships and integration of multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story.
Assist with vetting new vendors and products, procedure development and best practices.
Manage complex requests in addition to their block of business while supporting the Informatics department, Client Management, clients, and brokers as a subject matter expert.
Provide a revitalized approach to delivery of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive levels of analytical intelligence and consultation to our internal and external clients via telephonic and in-person support demonstrating and effectively communicating Meritain and Informatics’ value.
Manage results driven projects and timelines effectively through communication, documentation, and departmental training.
