About The Position

The Senior Informaticist works in the Process Insights team to analyze and provide quantitative insights from our AI Process Insights tools. They may coordinate with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Senior Informaticist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Simplification Center of Excellence (CoE) is building a new enterprise capability that helps teams create simpler, more effective, and more human ‑ centered solutions for associates, members, patients, and providers. Joining this team means contributing directly to how the organization understands work today and builds better experiences for the future. The CoE develops shared tools, methods, and guidance that support teams from discovery through delivery—bringing together process insight, research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and impact assessment to improve both speed and quality of outcomes. By establishing these capabilities, the team enables more informed decisions, stronger solution design, and greater confidence in what gets built and delivered. We are seeking a Senior Informaticist to serve as a data and analytics expert within our process intelligence/mining program, working alongside a Program Manager. In this role you will contribute deep analytical expertise, translating complex process and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making, prioritization, and continuous improvement. You will leverage AI process mining tools such as Skan AI, and enterprise data sources to interpret how work is performed, identify meaningful patterns, and help define the metrics that matter most. Using tools such as Power BI and advanced visualization techniques, you will design, build, and continuously refine dashboards and infographics that make insights intuitive, compelling, and immediately usable by leaders and delivery teams. Your ability to combine quantitative analysis with strong visual storytelling will ensure data is not only accurate, but actionable. Use your skills to make an impact.
