About The Position

Inetum is seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to join a strategic initiative aimed at reducing technical debt, optimizing integration performance, and standardizing Informatica solutions across the enterprise. This role will involve refactoring and optimizing complex Informatica interfaces and ETL workloads, applying best practices to existing integrations, and supporting the migration of Data Quality rules. The developer will also analyze and improve the performance of Informatica processes, collaborate with technical teams for scalable solutions, and produce technical documentation.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Informatica development
Strong experience in Informatica performance tuning and optimization
Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (DQ) rules and frameworks
Experience with complex ETL processes and interface development
Proven experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy integrations
Experience creating technical documentation aligned with compliance requirements
Strong English communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Informatica MDM / MDM Hub
Knowledge of the EVO feature
Experience in pharma or life sciences environments
Exposure to data governance and master data management initiatives

Responsibilities

Refactor and optimize complex Informatica interfaces and ETL workloads
Apply Informatica best practices to existing integrations and retrofit activities
Support the migration of Data Quality (DQ) rules to the new EVO functionality within MDM Hub
Analyze and improve performance of Informatica processes and interfaces
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions
Produce and maintain technical documentation in line with compliance standards
