About The Position

Boeing Enterprise Classified Security is looking for a highly motivated Senior Industrial / Program Security Trainer to help shape and strengthen the program security readiness of our workforce operating in secure environments. This position will be located in Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; Huntington Beach, CA, Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX or Seattle, WA. In this role, the Senior Industrial/Program Security Trainer will develop and deliver impactful classified program security training programs, partner with security leaders and subject matter experts, and support a culture of compliance, awareness, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience performing training-related activities, including training facilitation, preparing training and materials, conducting training classes, and assessing training and trainee’s effectiveness
  • 5+ years of experience in the handling and safeguarding of classified information
  • 5+ years of experience working in a classified environment
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and technical experts
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships / partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain classified industrial/program security training programs for employees working in secure environments
  • Support onboarding, recurring, and role-based training requirements to ensure workforce readiness and compliance
  • Create training content aligned to classified program needs, security policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Partner with leadership, security professionals, and subject matter experts to identify training gaps and build effective learning solutions
  • Track training completion, effectiveness, and compliance using established systems and reporting tools
  • Update training materials, checklists, and documentation to reflect current policies, processes, and requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and refresher events to reinforce industrial/program security awareness and performance
  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of Enterprise Classified Security University (ECSU) training programs and frameworks
