About The Position

Boeing Enterprise Classified Security is looking for a highly motivated Senior Industrial / Program Security Trainer to help shape and strengthen the program security readiness of our workforce operating in secure environments. This position will be located in Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; Huntington Beach, CA, Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX or Seattle, WA. In this role, the Senior Industrial/Program Security Trainer will develop and deliver impactful classified program security training programs, partner with security leaders and subject matter experts, and support a culture of compliance, awareness, and continuous improvement. Requirements

5+ years of experience performing training-related activities, including training facilitation, preparing training and materials, conducting training classes, and assessing training and trainee’s effectiveness
5+ years of experience in the handling and safeguarding of classified information
5+ years of experience working in a classified environment
Experience with cross-functional teams and technical experts
Experience developing and maintaining relationships / partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple competing priorities
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and maintain classified industrial/program security training programs for employees working in secure environments
Support onboarding, recurring, and role-based training requirements to ensure workforce readiness and compliance
Create training content aligned to classified program needs, security policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership, security professionals, and subject matter experts to identify training gaps and build effective learning solutions
Track training completion, effectiveness, and compliance using established systems and reporting tools
Update training materials, checklists, and documentation to reflect current policies, processes, and requirements
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and refresher events to reinforce industrial/program security awareness and performance
Contribute to the growth and maturity of Enterprise Classified Security University (ECSU) training programs and frameworks
