About The Position

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Senior Industrial Program Manager for the Rotor Core Value Stream. This role is responsible for GTFA transitions and will serve as the primary representative for projects under management. The ideal candidate will build relationships through transparency, responsiveness, urgency, and delivery upon project commitments. This position involves leading cross-functional teams, interfacing directly with accountable individuals, and driving business impact through decisive action to ensure results-oriented execution. The role also includes leading critical business initiatives to improve operational performance, managing project schedules, and identifying and resolving risks and opportunities across managed projects. Items that could impact project cost, schedule, or deliverables will be escalated for immediate resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 10 or more years of experience in an operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology environment; OR a Master's degree and 7 or more years of in an operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology environment.
In absence of a degree, High School diploma/GED and 14 or more years of experience in an operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Demonstrated ability to work and motivate internal/external customers and cross-disciplinary team members.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Degree in a STEM field.
Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma) (CORE).
Program Management Certification.

Responsibilities

Escalate items for immediate resolution that could impact project cost, schedule, or deliverables.
