Senior Industrial Hygienist

AllPro Environmental ServicesReno, NV
Onsite

About The Position

AllPro Environmental Services (AllPro) is an entrepreneurial environmental consulting firm based in South Reno, specializing in Industrial Hygiene services across Northern Nevada and Northern California and recently Arizona. Now in our fourth year, we have built a proven track record, grossing between $1.2M and $1.5M annually with a lean, close-knit team of six professionals and our own sister microbiology laboratory. We operate a nimble, hands-on office where every team member has real influence on how the company grows. As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Hygienist to help shape our next chapter of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who would rather help build something than be one more cog in a large organization. We’re looking for someone ready to invest their expertise in a small company with a proven track record and real upside—taking the lead in fieldwork, expanding our client base, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Right now, roughly half of our work is residential, and we are strategically transitioning toward commercial, municipal, and government projects. The person in this role will play a direct part in driving that shift and, for the right candidate, has a genuine pathway toward future management or ownership. If you value autonomy, visible impact, and a real say in the direction of a growing firm, this is a rare chance to grow your career while helping establish a leading environmental consulting company in the region.
