Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
- Experience with process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, Power BI, Python, SQL, or related digital technologies is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement, labor optimization, and productivity initiatives.
- Develop capacity, headcount, and cycle-time models to support operational decision-making.
- Apply AI, machine learning, and data analytics to identify opportunities and improve manufacturing performance.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to implement Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
- Manage projects, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.
- All other duties as assigned.
