About The Position

This is not a basic maintenance electrician role. You’ll be the go-to expert on the floor—handling high-level troubleshooting, driving long-term fixes (not quick patches), and playing a key role in keeping production running efficiently. If you’re someone who can walk up to a down machine, diagnose the issue quickly, and get it back online the right way, this is the environment for you.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in industrial or manufacturing electrical work
• Strong experience with 3-phase power (120V–480V)
• Ability to confidently read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics
• Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting
• Solid working knowledge of VFDs
• Proven track record of handling high-level troubleshooting independently
• Someone who takes ownership—not just direction!

Responsibilities

• Own complex electrical troubleshooting across production equipment and facility systems
• Step in on recurring issues and solve them at the root, not just temporary fixes
• Work hands-on with PLCs and VFDs for diagnostics, adjustments, and system improvements
• Lead installs, retrofits, and major equipment repairs
• Upgrade wiring, panels, and controls to improve reliability and performance
• Partner with production to reduce downtime and increase output
• Support and guide junior electricians when needed
• Keep clean, accurate records of work performed and system changes
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and electrical codes
