This role focuses on rules-based and performance-oriented incentives, such as those for direct sales, channel partners, service, safety, quality, productivity, and general employee incentives. The position leverages behavioral science, gamification, and data-driven design to influence outcomes in scalable and enterprise-ready ways, aiming for meaningful rather than transactional experiences.
