We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Incentive Customer Representative! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. Range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email on a variety of topics which may include residential, commercial, and renewable inquiries.

Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Enters and maintains various database(s).
• Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements
• Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures.
• Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data.
• Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
