Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience
- 1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising
- Experience working with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar systems of customer record
- General curiosity and desire to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HCM and HR Tech preferred
Responsibilities
- Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers
- Properly scope out customer needs and requests during implementations to make sure our solution solves their existing problems
- Proactively project manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals, communicating to all stakeholders any changes or updates as needed
- Configure and implement customers in accordance with best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive a timely and well organized implementation process, escalating issues to various stakeholders as necessary
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements & needs
- Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
- Proactively look for opportunities of improvement in existing processes to help support Rain’s overall growth
