Tilt is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join their team and help scale the business. This position is a full-time role reporting to the [MANAGER TITLE]. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, serving as the primary strategic point of contact throughout configuration and onboarding. The Senior Implementation Manager will drive customer onboarding timelines, project plans, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful and timely launches. This includes reviewing and aligning complex leave policies and operational workflows within the Tilt platform, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Leave Success, Product, and Engineering teams, and facilitating customer trainings, onboarding calls, HR readiness sessions, and launch preparation meetings. Post-launch responsibilities include supporting onboarding completion activities, such as first leave plan reviews and transition readiness to Customer Success.
