Directs and oversees all Imaging activities across SPBS branches. This role involves repairing, installing, maintaining, calibrating, and inspecting complex Imaging equipment, instrumentation, and systems with minimal to no technical assistance. The Senior Imaging Engineer develops strategy for SPBS Imaging operations, including budgetary guidelines and capital utilization. They collaborate with Operations Management and Executive Management to develop, strategize, and present Imaging solutions, review budgetary measurements, and manage vendors, suppliers, and external partnerships. This includes assessing the financial cost of capital utilization and needs, and forecasting with the sales team and for new client onboarding. The role also involves implementing new Imaging departments, equipment, and facilities, advising on Imaging-specific needs, structure, and procedures during client onboarding, and establishing specific Imaging objectives and goals for the department. Maintaining communication with internal teams, vendors, manufacturers, and customers is crucial, as is directing and documenting the activities of subcontractors and outside service technicians. The Senior Imaging Engineer also leads Service Operations special projects, contributes to the development of others through mentoring, ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations, and trains and develops other operational staff in Imaging solutions. They provide technical assistance, both onsite and via phone, to new and existing employees within the Imaging needs of SPBS. The role requires travel to various client and branch sites throughout SPBS as needed.
