Senior Imagery Analyst
About The Position
Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Imagery Analyst to work in a hybrid remote/onsite capacity, with a minimum of 3 business days onsite at their Fairfax, VA corporate office. This position is contingent upon contract award. The candidate should be a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a group environment where communication is key. The Senior Imagery Analyst will possess a high level of focus to help develop training data for artificial intelligence. Responsibilities include analyzing images and labeling objects within those images according to predefined descriptions, and mentoring junior team members in best practices.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be willing and have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance from the Dept. of Homeland Security
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related imagery experience
- Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day
- Demonstrated expertise across all imagery and footage types with ability to label objects according to a complex ontology.
- Mentor and supervise a team of Imagery Analysts
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst
- Advanced ability to proactively, professionally, clearly, and concisely communicate with peers and executives orally and in writing
- Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, matrixed organizations, and multiple stakeholders
- A team player with proven ability to positively interact with peers and executive management
Responsibilities
- Analyze images and label objects within those images according to predefined descriptions.
- Mentor junior team members in best practices.
- Develop training data for artificial intelligence.
- Develop footage and image labeling and cataloguing SOP’s and Training Materials.
- Communicate proactively, professionally, clearly, and concisely with peers and executives orally and in writing.
- Positively interact with peers and executive management.
