About The Position

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Senior ICT / Technology Consultant to lead and manage Information and Communications Technology projects from concept through completion. The role focuses on designing, executing, and managing ICT projects, fostering client relationships, mentoring team members, and supporting growth and innovation. The position involves telecommunications, audiovisual, and security design for new construction and renovation projects. The consultant is responsible for project execution, client consultation, preparation of Division 27 and Division 28 specifications, construction documentation, and basis of design reports. The role also provides construction administration support, including responses to requests for information and submittal reviews, and conducts quality-control reviews while helping improve company design standards and documentation. The position offers a remote or hybrid work environment. Candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the United States, and must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; employment visa sponsorship is not available. The listed salary range is $140,000–$150,000, with actual salary determined by location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. Compensation also includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.

Requirements

At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
Strong sense of ownership in projects and standards.
Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
Proven track record in one of the technology design fields.
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; current or future employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Must be located in and eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Technology industry certifications such as OSP, DCDC, PSP, CTS, PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute all aspects of ICT project design.
Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction and renovation projects.
Mentor designers in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual design through presentations and project guidance.
Prepare Division 27 and Division 28 specifications, construction documentation, and basis of design reports.
Provide construction administration support, including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
Conduct quality-control reviews, uphold quality-assurance standards, and contribute to improving company design standards and documentation.
Foster a culture of growth and innovation.
Foster client relationships and support project growth.
