We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Hydrogeologist to join our team in the Northeast, working on a variety of water resource projects across New England. This is a hybrid role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology, or a related field is required
Must be a licensed Professional Geologist in Massachusetts or obtain MA licensure within one year of your start date.
8+ years of relevant experience is required
Prior experience with groundwater modeling and flow models
Expertise in hydrogeologic analyses for water supply, wastewater disposal, and environmental projects
Should have project management, public presentation, and regulatory coordination skills

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree is one of the above areas is preferred
Experience with contaminant transport modeling is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead project teams in hydrogeologic analyses for water supply, effluent recharge and mounding analysis for wastewater, and environmental projects
Manage staff and oversee data collection activities
Conduct and analyze aquifer tests and predictive surface and groundwater modeling
Prepare detailed reports, data visualizations, and hydrogeological studies
Coordinate regulatory compliance, manage permitting with state and federal agencies, and prepare regulatory permit applications
Participate in business development opportunities
Mentor and coach less experienced staff to foster their growth
