In this Role You Will: Provide advanced Tier 3 technical infrastructure, DevOps and engineering support for complex issues escalated from other support and technical service teams. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and compliance with SLAs. Serve as an escalation point for Azure implementation-related challenges. Is a key participant in new feature development from an implementation perspective, working closely with leadership and occasionally product and engineering teams. Contribute to documentation, automation scripts, and internal knowledge sharing for continuous improvement. Engage in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
